Mobile Spa Return & Refund Policy

Services

Due to the personalized and medical nature of our aesthetic treatments, all completed services are final and non-refundable. Results vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes.

If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are committed to addressing your concerns and, when appropriate, may offer a follow-up assessment or touch-up at the provider's discretion.


Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment.
  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment.


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. NO exceptions.
  • No-shows may be charged up to the full deposit amount and may require prepayment for future appointments.


Retail Products

Skincare products are non-refundable. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products once they have been purchased. Please consult with your provider before purchasing to ensure you select the products that are right for you.


Injectables, IV Therapy & Medical Supplies

For safety and regulatory reasons, injectables, IV therapy, prescription products, and medical supplies cannot be returned or refunded once purchased or administered.


Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible service at management's discretion.
  • Package expiration dates, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.


Provider Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment due to provider availability, weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule at no additional charge, or
  • Receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
